This is one of the first recipes I collected after getting married, from my "Feeding the Family" Home Economics class. That class helped me gain confidence in my ability to make something other than boxed mac and cheese.

Ingredients
1/2tablespoon
butter

chicken breast
1 1/2cup
broccoli florets
1/2cup
milk
1/4teaspoon
salt
4ounces
cream cheese
1/4cup
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook chicken until no longer pink. Add broccoli and stir. Add milk and cook until broccoli is tender. Add rest of ingredients and cook until sauce thickens.

Cook according to directions. Serve sauce over pasta.
